Martine came to Dingle in 1988 and fell in love with the wonderful landscape and way of life. Martine lives and works in Gortadubha, Ballyferriter where she has her gallery, “It must be Dingle”. her inspiration comes from the landscape, nature, and the flora and fauna of the peninsula. She is the illustrator of popular children’s books such as “The Dog from Dingle who lost his bark”.
